Return or Refund Policy
We want all our customers to be delighted with their purchases and we make every effort to ensure that the right products are in perfect condition before they are sent out.

In general, our return policy is - 7 Days UNUSED and in ORIGINAL packaging and for the following conditions:

    1. A product is found to be defective.
    2. A customer receives a different from what was ordered,  i.e. wrong goods have been delivered.

In the event that either of the above mentioned situation happens, we will be glad to make an exchange of the same product with you, provide you a credit or refund if the item is no longer in stock.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within 7 days of purchased. 

If you would like to return an item for refund or replacement, please take a picture of the damaged items and email us mybakestore2018@gmail.com

For your safety, we DO NOT accept returns of edible products.

To complete your return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.

Item that is not in its original condition or is damaged / missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not qualify not refunds.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded,  sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to mybakestore2018@gmail.com


Postage Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.

For all returns, my bake store would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for return can be accepted or not. 

CANCELLATION POLICY. 
You can choose to cancel your order any time before your receive the parcel.
